Terms & Conditions
All members, guests, and hosts agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of Tribe’s services, programs, community group chats, and physical locations (“Tribe Spaces”).
Use of Tribe Spaces
By entering a Tribe Space, all guests and members agree to abide by posted house rules and the direction of Tribe staff. Tribe reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the atmosphere of safety, hospitality, or connection.
Tribe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Entry and use of any Tribe Space is undertaken at your own risk.
Community Group Chat Terms
Our group chats exist to help members connect authentically, build friendships, and share meaningful opportunities for belonging. To protect the integrity, privacy, and spirit of these spaces, all participants agree to the following:
-
Respect and Kindness
Keep conversations welcoming, inclusive, and considerate. Personal attacks, hate speech, gossip, or harassment of any kind are not permitted. Tribe reserves the right to remove content or participants who compromise the tone of safety and respect. -
No Promotions or External Solicitations
Tribe chats are not a space for promotion or recruitment. Members may not post or solicit participation in:-
External events, clubs, or social groups not hosted through Tribe
-
Businesses, services, fundraisers, or marketing campaigns
-
Email lists, WhatsApp groups, or other contact-collection efforts
You’re welcome to share your personal contact information to stay in touch with friends you’ve made here — but please do not use Tribe spaces to build or advertise your own communities, projects, or events outside the platform.
-
-
Privacy and Data Protection
Respect the privacy of fellow members. Do not collect, copy, or store anyone’s personal information (such as emails, phone numbers, or social handles) for any purpose outside Tribe.
Using Tribe member lists, chats, or directories to build external contact lists or send unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited. -
No Spam or Inappropriate Content
Do not post repetitive, irrelevant, or disruptive messages. Content that is abusive, explicit, inflammatory, or otherwise inappropriate for a shared community space will be removed. -
Disintermediation & Solicitation Policy
Tribe exists to cultivate community in a trusted, unified space. Members and hosts are prohibited from “disintermediating” Tribe by soliciting or diverting members, contacts, or community engagement away from Tribe’s platform. This includes:-
Hosting or promoting private or paid events for Tribe members outside the Tribe ecosystem without written approval
-
Using Tribe’s chats, member lists, or events to recruit attendees, clients, or collaborators for external ventures
-
Contacting Tribe members directly to advertise or organize events not coordinated through Tribe
Any member or host found to be using Tribe’s community for personal promotion, event poaching, or unauthorized recruitment may have their chat access, event privileges, or membership permanently revoked at Tribe’s discretion.

Moderation and Enforcement
The Tribe Moderator Team may remove messages or members that violate these terms. In most cases, moderators will reach out privately to clarify the issue and provide guidance for future participation. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from all Tribe chats, events, or membership without refund.
These guidelines exist to ensure that every message and interaction helps foster belonging, safety, and meaningful connection — the heart of what Tribe stands for. 💛
Membership Start Date
All membership plans begin immediately by default. If you intend to start your membership at a later date, you must select a delayed start date during checkout. Your payment method will be charged immediately as a deposit. Access to club events and your 30-day trial period will begin on the selected start date.

All membership plans will auto-renew according to the selected billing frequency. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically. Tribe does not provide renewal reminders, so members are responsible for managing their subscriptions in advance of renewal dates.
