Terms & Conditions

All members, guests, and hosts agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Start Date

All membership plans start immediately by default. If you intend to start your membership at a later date, please choose a delayed start date. Upon confirming your membership with a delayed start date, your card will be charged immediately for your first billing period as a deposit. Your access to club events and your 30-day trial period will begin on the chosen start date. This option allows you to lock in a lower pricing plan while delaying your start date.

30-Day Trial Period

New members have 30 days from the start of their first billing cycle to cancel their membership and receive a refund of their membership fees (note: the one-time initiation fee is non-refundable). After the 30-day trial period, members waive the right to a refund of any previously paid membership fees. For memberships with a delayed start date, the 30-day trial period begins on that start date.

Membership Payments and Auto-Renewal

All membership plans will auto-renew according to the selected billing frequency. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on a recurring basis until cancellation. Please note that Wix currently doesn’t support renewal notifications, so members are expected to proactively manage their membership to avoid unnecessary charges.

Refund Policy

Membership fees charged to your account are non-refundable once your 30-day trial period has passed. Account change requests must be submitted prior to your billing date to prevent your payment method from being charged.

Putting Your Membership on Hold

Members may temporarily suspend their membership for 30-90 days, once every 12 months, for any reason. Membership will automatically resume after 90 days unless resumed earlier. If you need to suspend your membership for less than 30 days, longer than 90 days, or more than once every 12 months, you must cancel your membership permanently. Members who cancel must wait at least 12 months before reapplying to join the club.

Changing Your Membership Billing Plan

Members may request a change to their billing frequency at any time. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that prices for new plans may increase over time as the club grows.

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to act respectfully and professionally at all times while participating in Tribe events or engaging with the community. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Tribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for any violations of this code.

Indemnification Clause

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tribe Platform Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in the club or use of its services, including any misuse or violation of these terms.

Termination Policy

Tribe reserves the right to terminate memberships at its sole discretion in cases of non-payment, violations of terms and conditions, or behavior deemed detrimental to the club or its members. Terminated memberships are not eligible for refunds of any unused portions.

Force Majeure Clause

Tribe Platform Inc. is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Amendments to Terms

Tribe Platform Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or other communication channels. Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Non-Transferability of Membership

Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared without prior written consent from Tribe Platform Inc. Unauthorized transfers may result in immediate membership termination.

Release of Liability

By joining Tribe and participating in its events or activities, you acknowledge and agree that Tribe Platform Inc., its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, claims, or liabilities that may arise from your participation in any club-related activity, whether organized by Tribe Platform Inc. or individual members. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, property damage, or any other risks associated with club activities.

You understand that participation in events may involve inherent risks, and you assume all responsibility for any outcomes. You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Tribe Platform Inc. from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
