Cancellation Policy

Checking in: The space is located on the ground floor on Union Street. The metal gate is unlocked - just push firmly to open. The main door into the space has a keypad for entry. The code is tap-202424-unlock. Pull the door toward you and retry if the lock doesn’t open all the way. Please pull the door and lock behind you when you leave. To lock, press tap-lock and make sure to pull the door firmly so that the lock is aligned with the slot. WIFI Details: Network: Bungalow Guest 1 and 2 PW: talktostrangers Lights: Light switches can be accessed either on the wall, or in the switch box next to the bar table under the TV. To request custom light settings, please contact our team. Checking out: - Restore all the furniture to original positions (please see listing photos) - Turn off thermostat and TV - Dispose of trash in the bins provided, and take bags with you (incl. trash in bathroom) - Lock the main door by pressing tap-lock on the keypad - Close the metal gate Support: Please contact David Ha at +1 (209) 91-3413 with issues General Rules: Guest is responsible for returning the space to how it was found - moving furniture, artwork, + plants is strictly prohibited unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon ahead of time. Guest agrees to pay the full replacement cost of any lost or broken items during their rental period. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed inside the space. The space is a shoes-off space unless discussed otherwise No cooking allowed. BYO alcoholic beverages and food (including catering) is allowed. Guest needs to take their garbage and recycle with them and dispose of it on their own. We will provide garbage bins and bags for use during the event, but they must be emptied out during check out. Leaving garbage in the space will lead to an additional $200 disposal charge. Please be respectful of our space, plants, artwork, and furnishings. Nothing is to be taped/ tacked / puttied etc. to walls, furniture, or plants without prior approval All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Overstaying rental reservation without advanced notice is prohibited. Overstaying the rental will result in a $300/hr fee. Accidents do happen! Please notify us if there is damage to the space or anything in it. We want to be sure we can address it before our next rental. Existing beverages in our space are off limits for renters Noise levels for any amplified sound after 10pm needs to be compliant with local noise ordinances.
