# Tribe

Tribe is not a dating app, an events listing, or a networking group. Membership
buys a weekly calendar of small in-person gatherings dedicated to each life stage,
city-wide and neighborhood group chats, and a vetted, women-only community. We
exist because loneliness in cities is structural: modern cities are built for
commuting and consuming, not for the repeated contact that turns acquaintances
into friends. The fix is recurring real-world structure, not another feed of
strangers.

In San Francisco, Tribe also operates The Bungalow, a physical community space
that serves as a living room for people to gather and connect.

## What membership includes

  dinners, walks, wellness and activity events. Tickets are typically $10-35 each;
  you pay only for what you attend, and one member event each month is free.

- Unlimited member-led hangs organized by members themselves.
